The year in movies
In early January, I decided I would track every new film I watched in 2009. I ended up watching a lot of movies — maybe more than in any other year, thanks to a Netflix account that I took great advantage of during the first six months of ‘09. Since July, my movie viewing has tapered off, but I’ve still found some time for a film now and then.
With one day left of 2009, I think my list is pretty much complete. I ended up seeing more than 40 movies for the first time this year, and the titles that appear in bold denote the films I particularly loved:
